The HRF Centre conducts regular surveys in the Hunter and Upper Hunter regions. Clients can include questions in one of the surveys and get independent, high-quality market research with a representative sample of 300 residents or 300 businesses. Our project manager will ensure you ask the right questions and experienced interviewers will reach a representative sample, enabling you to confidently use the results in your business planning.
2018 Pulse Survey Timetable:
- Hunter Region - June and December (survey closes 15 May)
- Upper Hunter - June and December (survey closes 15 May)
Our surveys offers:
- Experienced project manager to assist with question design
- Experienced telephone interviewers
- Telephone interviews with a representative sample of 300 business or 300 residents 18 years+
- Demographic information collected for sex, age and household size
- Summary report (electronic) with executive summary and tables of results.
Our surveys enables clients to:
- Measure how or where people have heard of your product or service
- Validate perceptions of your organisation, product or service
- Gauge how your organisation ‘stacks up’ against competitors
- Test effectiveness of marketing and advertising campaigns
- Benchmark results over several surveys
