Hunter Research Foundation conducted a broad-ranging evaluation of a new State-wide program for access to some of the agency’s services for Aboriginal clients.
The project included workshops and in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, a phone survey of Aboriginal clients, and analysis of administrative data. The phone survey achieved an exceptionally high response rate and the final report provided information and recommendations for decision-making about future development of the program for the benefit of the Aboriginal community.
“The project formed the basis of a presentation to the international conference of the Australasian Evaluation Society in Canberra in September 2009.”
