George provides quantitative and economic analysis for a range of HRF Centre reports, including the Centre's Hunter and Upper Hunter Economic Indicator publications. George is a current PhD Economics candidate at the University of Newcastle, with a focus in both international macroeconomics and monetary economics. He is adept in macro-economic and financial theory, monetary policy and a range of econometric time-series techniques. George has co-authored a number of academic peer-reviewed research papers, and has presented at various public forums with respect to developments within the international macro economy.
